Common Troubleshooting
- Cannot find dongle: Check 5V power supply of control card, replace USB cable / USB port, ground control card against electromagnetic interference.
- Can not open correct file: Missing galvo correction file. Uncheck “use correction file” in system parameter or import valid correction file.
