Adopting non-contact laser processing, it vaporizes the gate material instantly, leaving smooth cutting surface without burrs, yellowing or burning marks. It replaces traditional manual nipper cutting, greatly improves trimming consistency and reduces labor cost. Custom positioning fixture can be made according to your plastic parts. Vision positioning system is optional for automatic alignment. Compatible with PP, ABS, PC, PMMA, acrylic and most common injection plastics.
