RDC6445G(S) is 6th‑generation offline DSP controller developed by Ruida for CO₂ laser engraving and cutting machines. Two sub‑models:
- RDC6445G: Standard general version, without on‑board hardware clock.
- RDC6445S: Enhanced version, built‑in hardware real‑time clock, supports authorization‑code encryption.

- Onboard Memory: 128 MB, support formatting, file copy between mainboard and USB flash drive

‑ Two‑level password permission: User Parameters (processing craft) / Factory Parameters (motor, laser, axis polarity); support parameter backup & one‑click restore
‑ Hardware diagnosis: IO status readout, laser power supply diagnosis, system runtime statistics
‑ Safety alarm: water‑protection failure, limit trigger, cover‑open protection will stop laser output and pop‑up alarm
Matching Software
Work with RDWorks V8 CAM software. Import DXF, AI, PLT, BMP; edit graphics, set layers, transfer tasks via Ethernet / USB.
